DEADFISH TECHNOLOGY LAB
A project by DeadFish Foundation (2025)
811 students at A Nhon Hoi Primary School in An Phú District, An Giang Province, Vietnam, a rural community near the Cambodian border, are learning with extremely limited access to technology.
The school’s current computer room contains 20 outdated computers — 10 of which no longer function. As a result, hundreds of students are missing the opportunity to build essential computer skills, a critical foundation for their future education and careers.
The DeadFish Foundation is committed to providing these students with a modern, safe, and fully equipped computer classroom so they can learn, grow, and thrive.
PROJECT SCOPE
The newly remodeled computer room will include:
• Full renovation and repair of the classroom
• Installation of electrical systems, outlets, LAN network, and strong, stable WiFi
• Purchase of 30 computers
• Double desks, student chairs, and a teacher’s workstation
• Full-room security camera installation
. A printer for teachers and students to use
• 12-month Technical support for all 30 computers
• 24-month warranty on classroom renovation and construction work
PROJECT COST
• Classroom renovation project: 150,000,000 VND (~6,000 USD)
• Computer project: 160000,000 VND (~6,300 USD)
Total Project Cost: 310,000,000 VND (~12,300 USD)
PROJECT GOAL
To give 811 students in a remote border region early access to Information Technology (IT) and digital literacy skills — helping them explore new knowledge and build a brighter, more promising future.
2014 - Misson Sunflower
In 2024, the DeadFish community proudly donated $22,846 USD (≈ 600 million VND) to build a computer classroom for Hưng Lợi 2 Elementary School in Tuyên Quang, Vietnam.
Every project we complete reminds us: when we swim together, we create waves that matter.
